    Glazed beetroot w/ apricot & almond beignet, pomelo, goats cheese, burnt orange
    Tuna poke bowl w/ soy, sesame, pickled ginger, aromatic rice, pickles
    Chicken & Swiss mushroom tortellini w/ chicken consume, parsley, spring onions

    MAIN

    Fijian style prawn curry w/ steamed rice, roti, condiments, papadum
    Lemon glazed chicken breast w/ Parisian gnocchi, caponata, arrabbiata sauce, parmesan
    Pan-seared mahimahi w/ piperade, fiddlehead fern, passionfruit & lime vinaigrette
    Cured gamon cutlet w/ smoked pumpkin, roasted pumpkin, split pea salsa, tamarind
    NZ Black Angus scotch fillet or tenderloin w/ chimichurri, potato pave, soy glazed onion, Caesar salad

    Our dishes are finished with South Seas Salt handcrafted in Fiji.
    Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten free and Lactose free requests are catered for.
