Payment & Cancellation
A deposit of one (1) night is required at the time of booking and balance of payment is due forty-five (45) days prior to your arrival. When booking within forty-five (45) days full payment will be charged. Rates are in Fiji Dollars per night per Bure or Villa for two guests, room only and includes taxes.
Cancellations made outside 45 days of arrival incur a FJ 400 fee. Cancellations made inside 45 days of arrival are non-refundable. Travel Insurance must be claimed for accommodation plus extra resort services cancelled within 45 days of arrival date. No shows or days non utilised due to premature departure are non-refundable. Amendments are not permitted. Package inclusions, unless cancelled by the resort due to unforeseen circumstances are non-refundable (as some inclusions are complimentary). Split stays are not permitted. Credit card 3% fee is non-refundable at any time.
Travel Insurance
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Tokoriki Island Resort strongly suggests Travel / Medial Insurance to protect against illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and other personal items, weather interruptions, flight cancellations, cancellation of all booked accommodation & transport to or from the island, extra services and other travel contingencies.
Tokoriki Island Resort does not take any responsibility for any third-party services recommended or included in packages and is not liable for any losses, changes to itineraries or non-provision of services to Guest. Tokoriki does not have a registered Doctor in-house. Any pre-existing condition that requires medical services are available on the mainland in Nadi.
