Over 5,000 guests at the 2023 Grammys after-party enjoyed Chef Jason Fullilove’s traditional Fijian Kokoda describing it as fresh, bright & delicious. “It’s hard to pick my favorite. However, I’m really excited about the Kokoda white fish coconut ceviche.
